Deciding to close this store has been a decision I have spent many hours in prayer about & shed a lot of tears. More than anything because of the wonderful customer relationships I have built & the amazing girls God has blessed me with during the time we have been open. I am so thankful for everything & everyone.
During the last year God has began to deal with me concerning writing books & devotionals for women (writing has always been a passion of mine) & has recently began to open doors for me for full time ministry. One thing I have learned about God is that sometimes He will ask you to give up something you love & you think is so great but it is only to lead you to something greater. I know this is a necessary step to be led into the next phase of my life.
I wanted to share a quote from Pastor Jentzen Franklin's book "Spirit of Python" that describes me & this time in my life so well...
“ I don’t often feel very wise, mighty, or noble. In fact, there are times when I feel like I fail God miserably. In the eyes of the world that spells failure. But in the eyes of God, it is exactly what He is looking for—those who will be dependent upon Him to do great and mighty things.” I am far from perfect & feel like I am the last person on earth He could use, but thankfully God isn't moved on how we feel but on our obedience & willingness to allow Him to use us.
So, while this is a sad time for me, it is also so exciting as I take this step of obedience into what God is calling me to do. Thank you again for everything you have done to be a part of SSB!

We have not set an exact close date but it will be by the end of May & our Official Store Closing Sale Will Begin on Tuesday 4/28. We will still honor gift cards & store credits up to the time of closing but urge that you go ahead & use them as early as you can get in so that you don't forfit them. If you have a return from a purchase prior to today's date (& still within our return policy limits) please go ahead & return it asap. The website will close at the same time the store does.
All sales made during our Closing Event Sale will be final
